Ringawera at Auckland Food Show 2010

It has been a very busy few weeks here at Ringawera and I am long overdue for a bit of a catch up on the web site.

The Auckland Food Show was of course the big event of the month with a full week out of my schedule with set up and all the other stuff that goes with such a huge event.
I certainly feel like I talked to 39,000 of the 40,000 people who attended the event, and I am confident there will be good spin off from all the hard work.

It was a real treat to hang out with all the other Cuisine Artisan Winners who attended, a really cool, supportive group. Great to have a chance to see them all in "selling mode".
Thanks to the Cuisine team also for all their support over the week and with the lead up.

My focus has temporarily shifted to my other mahi, www.patrickjames.co.nz I have an exhibition opening on 26th of this month at Kura Gallery in downtown Auckland, so much to get done before then.

Then it is onto a bit of product trialling, new recipes in the pipeline, watch this space.
